The above three herbs all have the effects of calming the mind, soothing the nerves and calming the nerves, and when used together they have a good hypnotic effect.

4. Lily and mung bean milk: Take 25g each of lily and mung bean, a small amount of rock sugar, cook them until they are soft, and add some milk when taking. It has the effect of clearing the mind, relieving restlessness and calming down those who can't sleep in the summer. The tryptophan contained in the milk can be converted into serotonin to promote sleep.

5. Suanzaoren soup: Crush 10g of Suanzaoren, boil in water, and take it 1 hour before going to bed every night. Ziziphus jujuba seeds can inhibit the central nervous system and have a relatively constant sedative effect. It is effective for insomnia or palpitations caused by blood deficiency.

6. Calming-sense soup: Steam 15g raw lily bulb, add one egg yolk, add 200ml of water, stir well, put in some rock sugar, boil then add 50ml of water, stir well, drink one hour before going to bed. Lily has the effect of clearing the mind, soothing the nerves and calming the nerves. Drinking it regularly can produce immediate results.
