Clinical manifestations and dietary health care of mesenchymal retinopathy

Many children have many congenital injuries during the birth process. If they are not careful, they may be disturbed by external conditions and develop problems such as mesenchymal retinopathy to a certain extent. This type of disease often threatens the health of many children and there is even a certain chance that it will lead to blindness. Parents should pay attention to it in time.

1. Clinical manifestations of mesenchymal retinopathy include:

1. Blurred vision, with a dark shadow in the center, and objects may become distorted, smaller, larger, or discolored;

2. Fundus: The central macula reflects light but disappears, the macula is slightly swollen and bulges, surrounded by a ring-shaped halo of light, dark red in color, and yellow-white exudate spots can be seen. Patients with multiple recurrences may have hard exudates and pigments left behind.

3. A dark spot appears in the center of the visual field;

4. Fundus fluorescein angiography: During the venous phase, high-fluorescence leakage points can be seen in a diffuse or ejection type.

In cases with obvious leakage, the outline of a shallow serous retinal detachment can be delineated in the late stage of angiography. Window defects can be seen in old lesions, and fluorescent staining spots can also be seen in the late stage of angiography.

2. Diet and health care for mesenchymal retinopathy

1. Dietary therapy for central serous chorioretinopathy.

(1) Wolfberry and Chrysanthemum Drink: Use 10 grams of wolfberry and 10 grams of white chrysanthemum, brew with boiling water and drink instead of tea. It can nourish the liver, improve eyesight, dispel wind and clear away heat. It is used to treat vision loss and dizziness caused by central serous retinal choroidal lesions, and can also treat night blindness caused by retinitis pigmentosa.

(2) 30g of adzuki beans, 30g of Job’s tears, 15g of enoki mushrooms, and 15g of white lentils. Decoction in water twice, take once in the morning and once in the evening. It can promote diuresis and reduce swelling, and has a reducing effect on macular edema.

(3) 30 grams of red beans, 20 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza, and 20 grams of kelp. Decoction in water twice, take once in the morning and once in the evening. It can promote blood circulation, promote diuresis, soften and disperse lumps. Preventive care should avoid inducing factors such as tobacco, alcohol stimulation, excessive fatigue, etc.

Pathological etiology of mesenchymal retinopathy

CSC may be the result of multiple factors. Its incidence is related to age, gender, blood type, climate, general condition, pregnancy, mental stress, emotional abnormality, allergy, cold, infection, excessive fatigue and stimulation from tobacco and alcohol. Common causes include lack of sleep, tension, fatigue, mood swings, etc. People with type A personality are prone to myopia, which may be related to sympathetic nerve excitement and increased catecholamines in the blood circulation. Experimental adrenergic maculopathy and aphakic adrenergic maculopathy present similarly to mesothelioma. Clinically, metoprolol is more common in young men and menopausal women, as well as some people with Cushing's disease and pregnant women.
