Use the four-stage variable temperature drying technology in the drying room to process honeysuckle. 2. Spread the collected flower buds in a square baking tray made of bamboo, reed and other materials, place them on the bottom layer, move them upward once every 2-4 hours, and check whether they are dry after moving them to the upper layer. When they meet the dryness standard, store them in time. The dryness standard is: there is a sound when pinched and they break when crushed. 3. Note: Whether it is sun-drying or baking, the flower buds cannot be touched or turned over by hand before they are dry, otherwise the flower buds will turn black, reducing the quality and affecting sales. 4. Temperature control: When starting to dry, the temperature is controlled at 30-35℃; after 2 hours, the temperature is raised to about 40℃; after another 5-10 hours, the temperature is raised to 45-50℃ and maintained for 10 hours; finally, the temperature is raised to 55-58℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 60℃. The total drying time is 24 hours. How to make honeysuckle tea for health You can put the tender honeysuckle into a teacup, or you can choose a glass cup. The amount of honeysuckle should be controlled to about three or two grams. The first time, use boiling water at about 90 degrees Celsius to brew it, and then cover it with a lid to prevent the fragrance of the honeysuckle from dissipating. After three minutes, you can open the lid. This will not only make the honeysuckle smell very fragrant, but also allow the nutrients contained in the honeysuckle to be brewed out more thoroughly. |
