Wash and peel the lotus root. After soaking the mung beans, put them into the holes of the lotus root. Steam and slice them. 10. Honeysuckle and loquat drink: 10 grams of fresh honeysuckle and 4 fresh loquats. Wash the loquats, cut them in half, remove the core, mash them, add honeysuckle, and brew with boiling water.
