Visual impairment is caused by the growth of the tumor to a certain extent, which presses on different directions, squeezing or compressing the optic nerve, optic chiasm, etc., resulting in eye movement disorders, decreased vision, visual field defects, hemianopsia, or even blindness.

3. Psychiatric symptoms: such as apathetic expression, delusions, hallucinations, etc.; some show hemiplegia, limb numbness, and some meningioma patients will have symptoms of endocrine dysfunction such as sexual dysfunction, amenorrhea, and impotence; in addition, some meningioma patients have economic disorders, tinnitus, neck pain, etc. These symptoms are atypical and easily confused with other diseases such as cervical spondylosis, mental disorders, pituitary tumors, sexual diseases, etc., so it is easy to cause misdiagnosis.
