What is the reason for the pain in the lower abdomen on the right side

3. Chronic appendicitis: The main symptoms are right lower abdominal pain accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction. The pain and discomfort in the right lower abdomen may be intermittent mild pain or persistent dull pain, and is often caused or aggravated by strenuous activity or improper diet. It may be accompanied by various manifestations of gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as indigestion, abdominal distension, heating, nausea, acid reflux, upper abdominal discomfort, increased bowel movements or constipation.

4. Intestinal tuberculosis: It may present with abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and systemic symptoms. The abdominal pain is mostly located in the right lower abdomen or around the navel. It is often paroxysmal and accompanied by bowel sounds. It may also present as persistent dull pain in the right lower abdomen. The abdominal pain may be irregular and may be induced by eating.
