1. Large temperature difference outside causes:

2. Poor blood circulation:

4. Lack of exercise:

5. Lack of water supplement:

Water occupies a very important position in the human body, so water should be replenished into the body as much as possible, because water can soften substances that are difficult to circulate in the body, promote blood circulation, and eliminate harmful substances.

6. Severe coldness in the body:

Everyone knows that the coldness in the body is a manifestation of insufficient qi and blood, and it has a lot to do with the meridians of the human body.

Therefore, coldness is also an important cause of cold knees. You can use cupping and hot baths to resist the cold.
