How to effectively treat fever and cold

Heat stroke is also known as the heat cold. It is a very common cold in summer. Many people want to know how to treat heat stroke. Generally speaking, both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatments are effective for fever and colds, and some folk remedies can also be used for treatment.

1. Western medicine treatment of heat and cold

Take 1-2 capsules of quick-acting cold capsules, 3 times a day; take 1 tablet of Keganmin, 3 times a day. Choose one of the two medicines.

2. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of heat cold

Yinqiao Jiedu Pills (Tablets), Sangju Ganmao Tablets, Ganmaoqing, Ganmao Tuifever Granules, Banlangen Granules, Qiangli Yinqiao Tablets, etc. are suitable for treating wind-heat, that is, colds with more prominent symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and yellow runny nose. Sangjiang Cold Tablets, Shensu Pills, and Ganmaotong are suitable for wind-cold colds, that is, colds with more prominent symptoms such as aversion to cold, nasal congestion, and clear nasal discharge.

3. Other treatments:

①Add appropriate amount of boiling water to vinegar and apply to the nose.

② Acupuncture and scraping: You can use acupuncture on Hegu, Quchi, and Taiyang points. If you have a fever, you can also use acupuncture on Dazhui point. When the throat is swollen and painful, you can bleed at Shaoshang point. Or use a broken bowl, dip the smooth edge in a little oil, and scrape down along both sides of the cervical vertebrae until red dots appear.

③ 1 liang of ginger and 1 liang of brown sugar, boil them into a soup and take it orally in 3 times to treat colds.

④ Chop 1 liang of green onion, rub it with your hands, put it outside your nostrils and smell the odor. It can cure nasal congestion caused by colds. You can use several scallions, mash them to extract the juice, and drip it into the nostrils, once a day, 2 to 3 drops each time.

⑤ 20 grams of honeysuckle, 6 grams of tea leaves, and 50 grams of white sugar, decocted in water and taken three times, can cure wind-heat cold.

⑥ Add a little ginger, 260 grams of green onion, and 1000 grams of sliced ​​white radish, put them into a pot and boil them into soup, which you can eat and drink at the same time.

⑦ Add a pinch of tea leaves to 2 slices of ginger, chew and drink with warm water.

⑧Wash and chop a raw pear with skin, add rock sugar and a little water, and stew it.

⑨Massage to prevent colds. When you get up every morning, or before going outdoors from indoors (or from a warm room to a colder room), as well as before and after taking a bath, first press the Shugou point (Ren Zhong) with your fingers, and rub it continuously for more than 20 times. Then rub the Fengfu point for more than 20 times, until you feel a slight heat on both acupoints. This is effective in preventing colds.
