You can use several scallions, mash them to extract the juice, and drip it into the nostrils, once a day, 2 to 3 drops each time. ⑤ 20 grams of honeysuckle, 6 grams of tea leaves, and 50 grams of white sugar, decocted in water and taken three times, can cure wind-heat cold. ⑥ Add a little ginger, 260 grams of green onion, and 1000 grams of sliced white radish, put them into a pot and boil them into soup, which you can eat and drink at the same time. ⑦ Add a pinch of tea leaves to 2 slices of ginger, chew and drink with warm water. ⑧Wash and chop a raw pear with skin, add rock sugar and a little water, and stew it. ⑨Massage to prevent colds. When you get up every morning, or before going outdoors from indoors (or from a warm room to a colder room), as well as before and after taking a bath, first press the Shugou point (Ren Zhong) with your fingers, and rub it continuously for more than 20 times.
