1. Abdominal pain and diarrhea occur, but blood is found in the stool. It is not certain whether the bleeding is intestinal bleeding or perianal bleeding, and further observation is needed. 3. Ulcerative colitis. This disease often causes bloody diarrhea. People with milder symptoms have diarrhea less than 5 times. It is usually accompanied by fever, stomach pain, frequent bowel movements, vomiting, etc. Its specific cause is also very vague and may even be related to a person's mental state. The course of this type of disease is also relatively long, and patients often become emaciated and anemic.

4. Ischemic enteritis. This disease is different from ulcerative colitis. It is caused by colon ischemia. In layman's terms, a problem occurs in a part of the colon, causing ischemia, which leads to damage or necrosis of that part. The main symptoms are bloody stools, stomach pain, and diarrhea. A few people will have symptoms such as vomiting and dizziness. It can be diagnosed through colonoscopy.
