How to effectively exercise thigh muscle atrophy

Thigh muscle atrophy is often caused by some trauma or disease. If it is not effectively recovered through exercise, it will affect your life. If you want to better improve the problem of thigh muscle atrophy, you should try or stick to the following exercise methods.

1. This is to exercise the front thigh muscles. To put it simply, it means squatting against the wall. First, lean against the wall, stretch your feet outward, then slowly let your center of gravity fall onto your buttocks and squat down. After squatting, transfer the force from the soles of the feet to the heels. After this movement is stable, slowly lift the good foot 1 cm off the ground and concentrate your strength on the foot that needs exercise.

2. Group 2 is to exercise the muscles on the back of the thigh. Lie flat on the bed, take a deep breath, bend your knees, and keep your waist on the bed, then exhale and use the strength of your buttocks and thighs to arch your body. After stabilizing, slowly lift the front of your foot and use your heel as a fulcrum. Also maintain the movement and then slowly lift the good foot.

The 3rd group is to exercise the inner thigh muscles. Lie on your side on the bed with the injured foot underneath. Bend your good foot forward and place it on the bed. Lift your injured foot sideways up and back at the same time. When doing this movement, you can feel that the inner thigh of the injured foot is exerting the force.

4. Massage every day. You should massage your legs every day, rub them gently until your thighs feel warm. This will have a certain therapeutic effect on your thighs, otherwise it will be useless. You can also soak your feet every night to make the nerves on the soles of your feet more active.

5. Nutrition. The atrophy of leg muscles is also closely related to one's own nutrition. If the nutrition is not enough, it will be difficult to restore the health of the legs. Supplement more protein and calcium, drink more bone soup, and supplement vitamins, so that your thighs can slowly recover their health.
