Acupuncture knife treatment

1) Body position: Sit, thumbs abducted, palms facing up on the treatment table.

2) Surface positioning: Use gentian violet to locate the area of ​​obvious tenderness on the radial styloid process, which will be used as the insertion point for closed acupuncture knife surgery.

3) Anesthesia: 1% lidocaine for local anesthesia.

4) Needle knife release: After routine disinfection, the needle knife blade line is parallel to the radial artery. The needle knife body is inserted vertically into the skin. You will feel the toughness under the knife. Use the lifting and inserting knife method to cut 2 to 3 times on the fiber sheath tube.
