2. Cold buckwheat sprouts

Ingredients: Buckwheat sprouts, eggs, garlic, soy sauce, oil, salt, sugar and other condiments

Preparation: 1. Boil water in a pot, add half a spoon of salt and oil, add buckwheat sprouts and blanch for 10 seconds. Take it out and quickly put it in cold water to cool it down, then take it out, drain the water and set aside. 2. Add a little oil in the pan and spread the eggs into an omelet. After cooling, cut into strips. 3. Crush and mince the garlic, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, mix well to make the sauce. Mix buckwheat sprouts and omelette shreds, then pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and mix well.

3. Dried Shrimp and Buckwheat Sprouts

Ingredients: Buckwheat sprouts, dried shrimps, oil, salt, chicken stock, vinegar, soy sauce, onion

Preparation: 1. Wash and cut buckwheat sprouts into inch-long pieces, prepare dried shrimps and chop onions. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion diced. 3. Add buckwheat sprouts and stir-fry. 4. When water comes out of the buckwheat sprouts, add dried shrimps and stir-fry together. 5. Add a little salt, chicken essence and light soy sauce for seasoning. 6. Drizzle with a little vinegar. 7. Remove from the pan and serve.
