Can milk be whipped into cream?

Many people are making cream at home for the first time. As they do not prepare sufficient ingredients, they only have milk, eggs and the like. Every household has white sugar, but it feels very difficult to make cream with such simple ingredients. In fact, you can choose appropriate light cream and add it to the milk. Then making cream in this way will be more helpful to make a good finished product.

Ingredients

250g whipping cream 25g fine sugar

step:

1. Animal cream needs to be refrigerated for more than 12 hours before whipping. Only fresh cream that is at a low enough temperature will not melt quickly after being whipped, especially in summer. Pour the fresh cream into a large bowl and add granulated sugar according to personal taste (reference amount of sugar added: add 10 grams of sugar for every 100 grams of fresh cream. If you use vegetable cream, no sugar is needed because it contains sugar).

2. Beat the cream with an electric mixer.

3. As the whipping process progresses, the cream will become thicker and thicker and its volume will gradually increase.

4. Continue beating

5. The cream will become thicker and thicker

6. During the beating process, the patterns created by the whisk become clearer and clearer.

7. When the whipping is done until clear, stiff lines appear, it is ready. The volume after whipping increases significantly.

8. When you lift the whisk, a stiff little point will be pulled out.

1. Weigh out 70g of butter and add 50g of powdered sugar (add more if you like sweet). Powdered sugar is made by beating granulated sugar in a grinder.

2. Beat with an electric egg beater at medium speed for only 1 minute.

3. Add milk

4. Add while beating, a total of about 150g of milk can be added

5. Whipping is complete. If the butter you use is light in color, the finished product will be white.

Note:

1. Don't add too much milk, or the oil and water will separate.

2. It can be used to mark the flower pull. If it is not hard enough, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it.

3. The cream made by this method is heavier, and the markings should not be too thick. It tastes very good.

4. Add a little milk each time. If you find that water comes out later, it means you have added too much. Control the amount in the future and don't add more if you ensure that no water comes out.

5. It is better to add baking powder to make the finished product soft.
