How to treat rotten feet and smelly feet? Are there any folk remedies?

Rotten feet and smelly feet indicate that bacteria are growing on the feet, leading to the appearance of blisters and smelly feet. To treat such diseases, you can use some effective folk remedies, such as boiling radish water or using white vinegar for sterilization, which are quite effective.

Here are some folk remedies for treating athlete’s foot:

1. Boiling radish in water can remove foot odor. People with foot odor can use half a white radish, cut it into thin slices, put it in the pot, then add appropriate amount of water, boil it for 3 minutes on high heat and then boil it for 5 minutes on low heat, then pour it into a basin, wait for it to cool down to a moderate temperature, then wash your feet repeatedly, and wash your feet several times to remove foot odor.

2. Grind 15 grams of Pueraria root into fine powder, add 15 grams of white wine, and then add appropriate amount of water, boil it and wash your feet with it once a day for a week to remove foot odor caused by foot sweat.

3. When washing your feet, add 10 to 15 ml of rice vinegar to the water, mix well, and soak your feet for about 15 minutes, once a day for three to four days, and the foot odor will disappear.

4. Before going to bed every night, dip a cotton ball or cloth in a little alcohol and apply it evenly to the inside of the rubber and sneakers you just took off. Wait until they are dry the next morning before wearing them. After two weeks of doing this, your shoes will no longer smell.

5. Crush a few mothballs into powder, sprinkle it inside clean shoes, and then put an insole on them. This way, you will not have smelly feet when wearing them. Mothballs should not come into direct contact with the feet, and the mothballs inside only need to be replaced every other week. Camphor balls have a good antibacterial effect and can kill a large number of bacteria that multiply due to moisture, so there will be no odor.

6. Wax gourd peel: Wax gourd peel has the effects of relieving heat, strengthening the spleen, and promoting dampness. It can be used to treat symptoms such as edema, abdominal distension, and difficulty urinating caused by kidney disease, lung disease, and heart disease. Washing your feet with a decoction of winter melon peel can cure both athlete's foot and foot odor, killing two birds with one stone.

7. Socks are also easy to smell bad. Pour a little white vinegar into the water for washing socks, soak for a while, and then wash with clean water. This will not only remove the odor, but also have a sterilization effect.
