What is the best way to treat varicose veins in the lower legs

Varicose veins in the lower legs are a common vascular disease in life. Many patients stand for a long time, which causes the blood in the capillaries to not flow smoothly, leading to the appearance of varicose veins. Once the disease is discovered, it needs to be treated promptly.

1. Materials: flax oil, pure plant pollen

Usage: Mix the two materials in a 1:1 ratio. After mixing well, apply to varicose veins. The patient applies this medicine before going to bed at night and then wraps it with gauze. Wash off the medicine the next morning. Use it once every night and varicose veins will generally heal within a month.

2. Soak wolfberries in wine and rub it once every night, and it will be completely cured in half a year.

3. Take 15 grams each of safflower, angelica, Achyranthes bidentata and Chuanxiong, and boil them over high heat for 10 minutes. The ratio of medicine to water is 1 (medicine):40 (water). Then pour the medicine into the foot basin (the basin should be small and deep, with water reaching the ankles), put your legs over the basin and fumigate until the water is big enough for your feet, and it will start to burn you. There is also acupoint massage after perming.

4. Simply apply a hot towel to your calves. When your calves are warm, apply safflower oil on them. Rub the hot spots with your hands. Use a scraping board to scrape the varicose veins from light to slightly heavier techniques to dredge the meridians and improve blood circulation. Wait until the skin turns slightly red, then massage the acupoints I mentioned below, which are the bladder meridian and Yanglingquan acupoint. So my acupoint selection method is Yanglingquan (on the outside of the calf, in the depression below the front of the fibula head), Weizhong (popliteal fossa) and Chengshan (Chengshan acupoint is the herringbone shaped depression that appears when the calf is straightened) on the bladder meridian. It is best to let family members massage Weizhong and Chengshan or use a vacuum cupping. Another major acupoint is Xuehai (2 inches above the inner edge of the bottom of the patella. The patella refers to the movable round bone on our knee joint). Responsible for blood. Since the blood is not flowing back, we will guide the blood upwards. This is what Chinese medicine calls "if the disease is in the lower part, treat it from higher up". Each acupoint will be treated for 3 minutes.
