5. It is not advisable to eat a purely vegetarian diet. You should eat some fatty foods to prevent long-term stagnation of bile.

1. Dietary regulation is the most ideal preventive method to prevent cholelithiasis and gallbladder cancer. To prevent gallstones, you should pay attention to dietary adjustment and have a variety of meals. In addition, raw, cold, greasy, high-protein, irritating foods and strong liquor can easily promote moisture and heat, causing bile stasis, so they should be eaten less. Vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, fish and seafood can help clear the gallbladder and dampness, and dissolve stones, so you should eat more of them.

2. Leading a regular life, paying attention to the combination of work and rest, regularly participating in physical activities, eating breakfast on time, avoiding weight gain, and reducing the number of pregnancies are also very important preventive measures.
