The main principles of prevention and treatment methods are:

(1) Strengthen comprehensive physical exercise. Many examples show that many people experience symptoms such as dizziness due to physical weakness and lack of overall physical exercise. Therefore, strengthening comprehensive physical exercise is an important factor in prevention.
