What should I do if I feel dizzy when I wake up in the morning

If you always feel dizzy when you wake up in the morning, you should pay attention to understand the cause and then treat and solve it correctly. For example, people with rotational vertigo, or long-term anemia, low blood pressure, etc. are prone to symptoms of dizziness and fatigue.

1. Rotational vertigo can be classified into peripheral vertigo and central vertigo according to its cause.

(1) Peripheral vertigo: refers to vertigo caused by inner ear labyrinth or vestibular neuropathy. Meniere's disease is commonly translated as Meniere's disease), labyrinthitis, vertigo medication (caused by drugs such as streptomycin or gentamicin) and vestibular neuritis.

(2) Central vertigo: refers to vertigo caused by lesions of the brainstem, cerebellum, cerebrum and spinal cord. It is common in vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency, intracranial tumors, intracranial infections, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and traumatic vertigo and dizziness.

(1) Cardiac vertigo: common arrhythmias and heart failure.

(2) Pulmonary vertigo: It can be seen in various conditions that lead to lung dysfunction.

(3) Ocular vertigo: common refractive errors, retinal arteriosclerosis, hemorrhage and ophthalmoplegia.

(4) Hypertensive vertigo: High blood pressure or low blood pressure can cause dizziness.

(5) Others: Anemia, cervical spondylosis, acute fever, gastroenteritis, endocrine disorders and neurosis can cause dizziness.

2. If an elderly person shows symptoms of anemia, dizziness, fatigue, and pale complexion, he should go to the hospital for a check-up to see if he has anemia. If the elderly do not pay attention to nutritional health, they are likely to suffer from anemia. In addition, dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, and chronic inflammatory diseases in elderly patients can cause secondary anemia.

3. Blood viscosity, hyperlipidemia, thrombocythemia, etc. can make blood viscosity high and blood flow slow, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the brain, prone to fatigue, dizziness, weakness and other symptoms. There are many causes of hypercholesterolemia, the most important of which are your daily diet and reasons.
