What should I pay attention to when my gastric antral mucosa is congested and edematous

Congestion and edema of the gastric antral mucosa are actually some symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases. For patients, if there is severe edema and congestion of the submucosal layer, they need to pay attention to taboos, eat spicy and irritating foods, eat a scientific and healthy diet, and make rational use of some conditioning medicines.

1. Pathological manifestations of gastritis: The lesions may be diffuse or limited to the catarrhal inflammation of the gastric antrum mucosa. The mucosa is congested and edematous. The surface is covered with exudates and mucus. There may be punctate hemorrhages and varying degrees of erosion. The membrane is infiltrated with lymphocytes, neutrophils, plasma cells and a few eosinophils. The edematous mucosal blood vessels are congested and there are occasional small interstitial hemorrhages. In severe cases, the submucosal layer is edematous and congested.

2. Avoid irregular diet: In principle, the diet for gastritis should be light and have little irritation to the gastric mucosa, but a light diet does not necessarily relieve the patient's symptoms. The principle should be to follow a regular diet, avoid being too hungry or too full, and eat small meals frequently. Especially for the elderly and weak, or those with diminished gastrointestinal function, it is best to have 4 to 5 meals a day, and eat until 60% to 70% full each time. Pay attention to the ratio of sugar, fat and protein in food, and pay attention to the content of essential nutrients for the body such as vitamins.

3. It is recommended to take Sunflower Weikangling, which has a good therapeutic effect on superficial gastritis, chronic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and gastric bleeding. The cure rate is high after taking the course of treatment (six boxes for one course of treatment). During the treatment period, you should eat a light diet. It is recommended to keep a good mood, avoid cold and wind, have a regular diet, eat light food at regular times and quantitatively, avoid acidic, spicy, raw, cold and rough food, strengthen physical exercise, and keep your body and mind happy.
