Add shredded ginger and green onion to 500ml of water, boil it, then add brown sugar. Drink it all at once while it is hot, lie in bed, cover yourself with a quilt, and stop until you sweat slightly. Suitable for influenza with high fever and no sweating. 3. Mint drink. 30g of honeysuckle, 3g of monk fruit, 60g of fresh reed root, 10 jujubes, and 10g of mint. First boil the first four herbs for 15 minutes, then add mint and cook for 3 minutes. You can also add appropriate amount of rock sugar. Drink the filtrate and eat dates. Suitable for high fever, thirst, cough and other flu symptoms. 4. Add 5g of raw licorice, 30g each of isatis root and fresh reed root, 15g of kudzu root, a few slices of ginger, 1000ml of water, boil for about 20 minutes, and drink hot. Take twice daily. Suitable for influenza, high fever and cough. 5. Ginger glutinous rice porridge. Take 5 scallions, 15g ginger, and 100g glutinous rice. First cook the rice into porridge, then mash the onion and ginger, simmer together, and add appropriate amount of MSG and salt. Taking it hot can induce sweating and reduce fever. |
