Finally, pour the cooked sauce on top and sprinkle with coriander. 3. Shredded Pork Cold Noodles 1. Make cold noodles in advance. Use flour (fine powder) to make a batter. Don’t make it too thin. Stir well and make it flow when pouring. Get a stainless steel flat plate (I used a large one). 2. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the batter into a thin layer on a flat plate and place the plate into the boiling pot. After 2 minutes when the dough changes color, take it out and let it cool. Since the hot plate has been rinsed with cold water, the dough can be peeled off completely and continue to soak it in cold water. 3. By analogy, I made enough dough for three sheets of dough, and finally cut it into long strips for later use. 4. Add a little oil to the pan, add the shredded meat after the oil boils, add chopped green onion, MSG, salt and then add shredded cucumber and stir-fry until cooked.
