Premarital examination is a very important matter for couples and should never be ignored, because it is a way to understand the physical and mental health of two people. 1. General Examination

This is a general full-body examination to determine whether there are any abnormalities in important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, and to understand their development. These examinations are very necessary for discovering diseases that affect marriage and fertility.

2. Genital Examination

This is a very important examination step. Many young people are reluctant to undergo this examination. In fact, you are facing a doctor and your privacy will be respected here.

When examining women, a routine abdominal and anal examination should be performed. If suspicious lesions are found in the internal reproductive organs and a vaginal examination is necessary, the doctor must obtain the consent of both parties before proceeding. Don't worry, doctors will not describe the integrity of the hymen unless there is congenital developmental abnormality that will affect fertility. The male examination mainly checks whether the penis, testicles and other genitals are inflamed or dysplastic. If there are special circumstances, the doctor will recommend further examinations.

3. Auxiliary examination

Routine mandatory tests include blood tests, urine tests, hepatitis B surface antigen, rapid transaminase and rapid plasma reagin ring card tests for syphilis screening. These mandatory tests can help the doctor determine whether you have common infectious diseases or sexually transmitted diseases.

Other special examinations include taking medical history, physical examination and routine laboratory examinations. Based on the results, various other auxiliary examinations are further selected, such as chromosome karyotype analysis, hormone measurement, biopsy pathological examination, B-ultrasound, etc.
