Doctors may find sinus bone damage after CT and X-ray examinations, and pathological examination can make a diagnosis. Sinusitis usually occurs after a cold, with a history of multiple attacks, no blood, and pus is mostly sticky. Antibiotic treatment is effective, but anti-inflammatory treatment of sinus malignant tumors is ineffective.

Symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer may include:

1. Runny nose and blood in sputum: especially the first sputum in the morning that contains blood.

2. Stuffy ears, blocked ears, and hearing loss, especially on one side of the ear.

3. Neck lumps: especially hard, fixed lumps under the ears on the neck.

4. Headache: often stubborn and difficult to relieve with medication.

5. Double vision, esotropia, cross-eyes, etc.
