1. If you want to show grace and temperament, stand well first

If you want to walk well, you must first stand well. He can't even stand properly, he stretches his neck forward, hunches his shoulders, slumps his waist and sticks out his belly, his legs are weak and his whole body is drooping down, he doesn't look good no matter how he walks! The correct method is: open your feet parallely and about ten centimeters apart, place your hands in front of your lower abdomen, keep your eyes slightly higher, keep a calm and stable demeanor, and show a confident attitude.

Find the feeling of the five key parts of the body, which is what we usually call pulling up the neck, straightening the chest, tightening the abdomen, and lifting the hips. This posture will increase the charm of women.

2. Pay attention to your foot placement

mistake:

Pigeon-toed pose: Feet with toes pointing inward and knees apart. Standing and walking with your feet turned inward will cause your hips to sag, so be sure to pay attention.

Outward-turned toes: Feet pointed too far outward like a ballerina, walking like a penguin

Correct: Keep your heels together and toes slightly apart, about a fist's distance between them, with your feet forming a "V" shape.

3. Walking on a line makes you look slimmer

We need to remember two major principles: the body should be lengthened vertically and tightened horizontally, so that people will look taller. When walking, your heels touch the ground first. When the heels of both feet fall on one line, the person looks thin. When walking, there is no gap between the legs. This gait makes the person look tall and slender. If the heels of both feet fall on two lines and there is a gap between the legs, the person will look fatter. If you walk on two lines, your hips will not be able to swing naturally and your waist will appear stiff. Pay attention, you will see that the graceful gait is that both feet are walking on a straight line.
