How to make milk tea, it’s very simple!

Milk tea is one of people's favorite drinks in life, suitable for all ages. The method of making milk tea is very simple. If you want to drink it, you can make it at home anytime. First boil the tea, then add the ingredients and choose according to your taste. The taste is quite good.

1. We can make tea first. 10g (10g/tea bag) tea powder with 250ml water (if there is no measuring cup, you can use a Coke bottle, a bottle of Coke is 500ml). First boil the water, put the tea powder bag into the tea boiling container (milk pot), pour the boiling water into the milk pot facing the tea bag (equivalent to making tea), turn the tea bag over with clean chopsticks (be careful not to press or poke the tea bag to avoid bitter taste of the tea and leakage of the tea bag), continue to cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. (When brewing tea for the second time, make sure to cover the lid.) Turn the tea bag over and continue to cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. (When brewing tea for the third time, make sure to cover the lid) Turn off the heat, cover the lid, and let the tea simmer for 5 minutes. Take out the tea bag and drain the tea in the tea bag (If conditions permit, you can use a gauze filter or other tools to filter the tea soup.

2. Then use hot tea to mix hot milk. The characteristic of Hong Kong-style milk tea is that hot tea is poured into hot milk to ensure that the tea and milk can be completely blended and bring out their respective characteristics. Correct method: Pour the black and white milk into a cup, heat it in a microwave on medium heat for 1 minute, pour the cooked tea soup above into the hot black and white milk, add appropriate amount of white sugar (fructose will taste better, please contact me if you want to know more), and mix well. Preparation ratio: 100ml of black or white evaporated milk + 300ml of tea soup + 20g of sugar (I personally like the 1:4 ratio for a strong tea flavor).

3. Of course, you can also add a milk ball according to your taste.

4. The following is original milk tea. Ingredients: tea leaves (tea leaves or tea bags), milk (or milk powder), sugar (white sugar, sugar cubes, honey, condensed milk). Method: First, boil black tea (or green tea): In winter, it is better to use black tea to boil milk tea, as black tea is warm. The ratio of water to tea is about twice as strong as the tea used to make ordinary tea leaves. But this depends on the type of tea and personal taste. Use the rice cooker to cook on low heat for about ten minutes. After brewing, take out the tea bag. If you use tea leaves, pour them out so that the milk tea will look good. Then comes stewing the milk: pour fresh milk into the tea water and turn on a low heat. The milk tends to splash into the pot, so be careful. Finally, add sugar: add sugar according to personal taste. If adding honey, wait until the milk tea is slightly cooler. Boiling water will destroy the nutrients in honey.

5. Various upgraded versions of original milk tea. Chocolate milk tea: After the milk tea is ready, throw a piece of chocolate into it and melt it. If you use melted milk chocolate, the taste will be richer. Coffee milk tea: add brewed coffee. If you use instant coffee, put less sugar in the milk tea. Honey Bean Milk Tea: Milk tea uses red bean paste as sweetener, and then adds honey beans. Jasmine milk tea: Boil jasmine tea and black tea together, pour it into a cup and place a jasmine flower on top. Matcha milk tea: Add matcha powder when brewing tea.
