Why do I always feel depressed? Do this to relieve stress

There are countless people suffering from depression in today's society. There are many reasons leading to depression. For example, some external factors or one's own factors can cause depression. Only by finding the causes can we treat and prevent them. Let me explain to you below.

1. The influence of behavioral norms. Code of conduct is a set of rules that regulate and constrain individual behavior. If there are too many behavioral norms, they are too strict, or the norms are far from the individual's acceptance level, the individual will easily feel depressed. For example, some societies have many rules and regulations for women; some parents discipline their children excessively; some units and departments have excessively high demands on their subordinates, which can cause them to feel repressed.

2. Pressure from work, study and life. People living in the world must inevitably engage in practical activities such as work, study, and life. If this practice is in line with people's abilities, the individual can achieve the expected results and have a sense of accomplishment. If people's abilities cannot bear these practical tasks, or if they work, study, and live in overload for a long time and are overwhelmed, the individual may feel pain and depression. If some students face heavy study burdens and declining academic performance, they will feel depressed.

3. Strained interpersonal relationships. Interpersonal relationships refer to the psychological distance between people. People are gregarious and hope to be accepted by others. Close interpersonal relationships can enhance people's self-confidence and meet their social needs; however, tense interpersonal relationships make it impossible for people's spiritual and social needs to be met, and their personal ambitions are frustrated at every turn, or they are "unappreciated" or treated coldly, which naturally leads to a feeling of loneliness and helplessness. The result may be that individuals may engage in reality avoidance behavior.
