It can wake up the brain, improve intelligence and prevent memory. Pinching and rotating 2-3 toes (and feet) improves eyesight; 4-5 toes strengthens teeth. (IV) Massage the sole of the foot (i.e. Yongquan acupoint): Pinch the sole of the foot with your thumb (place the remaining 4 fingers on the instep) 200 times. It can reduce inflammation and relieve pain, promote sleep, increase appetite, and regulate blood pressure, etc. (V) Foot Movement in Bed: Hold your feet slightly suspended in the air, rotate them left and right, and stretch them forward and backward 10 to 20 times each. This can prevent and treat arteriosclerosis, etc. (VI) Treatment for numbness and swelling of the feet: straighten the feet forcefully, pull the toes with force with your hands, then stand up, raise the heels, and keep the toes touching the ground for a few seconds. Do this 5 to 10 times per minute. (VII) Ear and Eye Method: Use the right (left) hand to hold the left (right) toe joints and knead them repeatedly, with the center of gravity being one inch above the webs of the 2nd and 3rd toes and the backs of the 4th and 5th toes. Repeat 10 times. (VIII) Pebble-stepping method: Spread a 1-meter square piece of cloth on the ground, pile smooth pebbles 6 centimeters high, and walk on the stones barefoot for 5 to 8 minutes to treat cataracts, 1 to 2 times a day. (IX) Stair climbing method: Perform stair climbing exercises 3 to 4 times a day to improve the five sense organs and sensory functions of the toes. (10) Brain-enhancing method: Fix the left (right) toes with the left (right) hand, and use the fingers of the opposite side to make the fingers and toes hit each other.
