Timely detect animal infections or outbreaks, as well as the status of virus circulation in the environment, and take measures such as animal immunization, culling, and market closures as soon as possible to eliminate sources of infection and block the spread of the virus among poultry. Detect and diagnose avian influenza patients early, and implement case isolation, diagnosis and treatment in a timely, effective and reasonable manner. Carry out epidemiological investigation and virological monitoring of the disease, continuously enhance scientific understanding of avian influenza, promptly detect clustered cases and virus mutations, and then take corresponding intervention and response measures.
