1. Eggs

Whether eggs can be eaten overnight depends not only on whether they are heated, but also on whether the eggs are cooked through the first time. If the eggs are cooked through the first time, there is no problem eating them cooked overnight. The same goes for tea eggs. You may not know that tea eggs are cooked twice. The first time, the egg skin is cracked, and the second time, tea leaves and other auxiliary ingredients are added before cooking, so tea eggs must be cooked. Some people like to eat half-cooked eggs (the yolk is semi-liquid). That kind of eggs cannot be eaten overnight, even if they are cooked the second time.

2. Spinach

Because spinach has the highest nitrate content among vegetables.

3. Seafood

Fish and seafood are prone to produce protein degradation products after being left overnight, which can damage liver and kidney functions.

4. Braised food and spoiled food

To prevent food poisoning, do not leave braised food overnight in spring and summer. Bulk braised food should be consumed on the same day and cannot be left overnight. Even food stored in the refrigerator is not absolutely safe. Mold and psychrophilic bacteria are easily bred in the refrigerator.

5. Tremella Soup

Tremella soup is a high-end nutritional supplement, but once it is left overnight, the nutrients will decrease and harmful ingredients will be produced. If the food is left for a long time after being cooked, the nitrate will be reduced to nitrite due to the decomposition of bacteria.
