I believe that masks have become an indispensable item for everyone's daily travel. 1. Make sure the mask fits tightly to your face:

(1) The colored side of the mask faces outwards, and the side with the metal sheet faces upwards;

(2) Tighten the rope that secures the mask, or wrap the rubber band of the mask around your ears to make the mask fit tightly against your face;

(3) The mask should completely cover the mouth, nose and chin;

(4) Press the metal sheet on the mask along both sides of the bridge of the nose to make the mask fit tightly against the face.

2. After wearing a mask, avoid touching the mask to prevent reduced protective effects; if you must touch the mask, wash your hands thoroughly before and after touching it.

3. When taking off the mask, try to avoid touching the outer part of the mask, as this part may be contaminated with germs.

4. After taking off the mask, wrap it in tape or a paper bag, and then dispose of it in a covered trash can.

5. Masks should be replaced at least every day. If the mask is damaged or soiled, it should be replaced immediately.

Some people wear the mask inside out alternately, while others take it off and put it back on again. In fact, these methods are all wrong. The dirt on the outer layer of the mask will be inhaled into the human body when it is directly close to the human body, causing people to be infected with diseases. If you are in high-risk places such as hospitals, no matter how long you use it, once you take off the mask, do not use it again to avoid contamination by touching the mask with your hands.
