In summer, 4 to 5 o'clock may still be quite hot, so you can postpone it appropriately.

3. When you are sunbathing, you should expose your back, hands, feet and legs more. Sunbathing your hands, feet and legs can increase calcium absorption and make your bones stronger. Sunbathing your back can drive away the cold.

4. You only need to stay in the sun for 15 minutes a day. It should not be too long. When the ultraviolet rays are strong, try to stay in the sun as little as possible to avoid damaging your skin.

5. For different groups of people, there are different requirements for sunbathing. First of all, for pregnant women, because it is also necessary to enhance the baby's calcium absorption, they should sunbathe for at least half an hour a day in summer, and at least one hour a day in winter, so that both pregnant women and babies can get enough calcium; for children, they are in the stage of growth and development, and they should pay more attention to sunbathing every day; the elderly are also the focus of calcium deficiency, so it is also necessary to sunbathe every day.

The above briefly describes how to sunbathe. It is not advisable to eat mustard greens, purslane, amaranth, and figs before sunbathing. So as not to cause photosensitivity drug rash or solar dermatitis. Drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables, and supplementing vitamin C after sun exposure can inhibit the production of melanin.
