Functions and effects of various fruits

The food we need to eat more in life is fruits and vegetables. Whether it is the elderly or children, eating some fruits and vegetables regularly is good for the body, and the taste of eating fruits is also better. There are hundreds of common fruits in our lives. Different fruits have different tastes and different nutrients. So what are the functions and effects of various fruits?

Apple: Regulates the stomach and intestines, promotes kidney function, prevents high blood pressure, and moisturizes the skin.

Dates: can cure constipation, benefit the stomach and produce saliva (do not eat too much on an empty stomach and chew slowly).

Mango: helps digestion and prevents seasickness and vomiting. (It can also cure colds, haha.)

Banana: Eat after meals to aid digestion.

Plum: Processed products can treat indigestion, strengthen the stomach and promote salivation.

Grapes: replenish qi, nourish blood, beautify, and can help pregnant women calm the fetus by drinking them.

Strawberries: Must be washed and can be eaten more often. They are rich in vitamin C, can purify blood and act as a diuretic.

Watermelon: Do not eat ice when eating watermelon for therapeutic purposes. It can relieve fever, act as a diuretic, detoxify, and cool down the body. It is suitable for people with high blood pressure, diabetes, and urethritis (people with anemia and prone to diarrhea should eat less watermelon).

Kiwi: It is okay to eat more. You can mash it and add honey to drink as a beauty drink.

Tomato: Prevents high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, anemia, liver disease and gastrointestinal disease. Washing your face with the juice can eliminate small wrinkles.

Plum: Not suitable for people with indigestion.

Persimmon: People with bloody diarrhea and constipation can eat steamed persimmon cakes to moisten the lungs, relieve coughs, and reduce phlegm.

Lemon: can enhance digestion, excessive bleeding, loss of appetite, and physical fatigue.

Orange: It is cold in nature, can relieve fever, resolve phlegm, promote salivation and quench thirst, and has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects when rubbed on the skin.

Lychee: nourishes blood, strengthens lungs, promotes blood circulation, and is good for people with weak heart.

Cucumber: Anti-aging effect

Because of its aroma that makes people want to eat it, it is widely used in makeup remover products.

Orange: Increases skin elasticity

It is known to have many benefits and contains vitamin C, which can brighten the complexion, and collagen, which helps the skin heal. Orange is also a juicy fruit that is widely used for its soothing and skin-rejuvenating properties. The golden orange flesh is rich in vitamin C.

Grapefruit: Clearer skin

It is regarded as a source of skin revitalization because it is rich in sugars, amino acids and fruit acids. Often used in products related to hair follicles, its natural acidity can close and smooth the scales on the hair and remove residues such as lime remaining on the hair. It also helps hair maintain its shine and curls.

Papaya: Makes skin smooth and delicate

Papaya, as well as its stems and leaves, can be extracted into papain, an enzyme that can smooth the skin and relieve irritation.

Peach: Bringing you unprecedented freshness

Because it increases skin elasticity, its pulp is used in facial products, while its rich carbohydrates are used in nourishing lotions for the body.

Apple: smoothing out the signs of aging

The benefits of apples are mainly concentrated in the pulp (water, sugar, vitamins, minerals and pectin), which all have the effects of nourishing, astringing and increasing skin elasticity. However, the most basic thing is that it is rich in malic acid, which is used in fruit acid lotions. And apple seeds also have amazing anti-aging effects.
