In winter, a relatively dry season, we often find static electricity on clothes, which can easily cause electric shock. Moreover, black clothes are more likely to attract dust, so we should know how to remove static electricity dust from clothes. In fact, static electricity on clothes can be eliminated by using an electrostatic precipitator, and we can increase the humidity of clothes to make it difficult to generate static electricity. The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is to use a high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the charged dust in the airflow is separated from the airflow under the action of the electric field. The negative electrode is made of metal wires with different cross-sectional shapes and is called the discharge electrode. The positive electrode is made of metal plates of different geometric shapes and is called the collecting electrode. The performance of electrostatic precipitator is affected by three factors: dust properties, equipment structure and flue gas flow rate. The resistivity of dust is an indicator for evaluating conductivity, which has a direct impact on dust removal efficiency. If the resistivity is too low, the dust particles will be difficult to hold on the collecting electrodes, causing them to return to the airflow. If the resistivity is too high, the charge of the dust particles reaching the dust collecting electrode will not be easily released, and a voltage gradient will be formed between the dust layers, which will cause local breakdown and discharge. These situations will cause the dust removal efficiency to decrease. The power supply of the electrostatic precipitator consists of a control box, a step-up transformer and a rectifier. When the indoor air humidity is lower than 30%, it is conducive to the generation of static electricity by friction. If the temperature is raised to 45%, static electricity will be difficult to generate. Therefore, when low-humidity weather occurs, you might as well sprinkle some water at home and place one or two basins of clean water in places where it is inconvenient to wet the floor. This can also achieve the purpose of increasing the indoor air humidity. When CRT is working, static electricity particles are generated around the screen. These particles absorb a large amount of floating dust in the air. These charged floating dusts have adverse effects on the human body and skin. Here, CRT cannot be placed in the bedroom. Wash your face and hands after watching. It is recommended that the elderly, children, people who are sensitive to static electricity, heart patients with undiagnosed causes, neurasthenia and mental patients wear pure cotton underwear and panties in winter to reduce the adverse effects of static electricity on people. In order to help everyone get rid of the influence of static dust on clothes in life, the article tells us in detail how to remove static dust from clothes. In fact, our general method of removing static electricity is to reduce the friction of clothes, especially in indoor areas with low humidity. Friction of clothes often leads to the occurrence of static electricity, which can cause us to be electric shocked. |
