Tips for cleaning microwave oven

Microwave ovens are an indispensable household appliance in our families, because microwave ovens are very convenient when cooking, which saves us a lot of time. Especially for people who are busy at work, they like microwave ovens even more. They can directly put their lunch boxes into the microwave oven and do not need to cook at all. It can also heat milk, which makes their lives more convenient. However, many people are very troubled when it comes to cleaning microwave ovens.

If the microwave is not too dirty, take out the glass tray and rack, wipe them with a soft cloth dampened with water and detergent, and then wipe off the water marks with a dry cloth. If there is too much grease, pour some detergent on a porcelain or glass plate, put it in the microwave and heat it on high heat for one minute, then change to a bowl of clean water and heat it on high heat for about three minutes. When mist appears in the microwave, take out the tray and bracket and wipe them with a damp rag. If the oil stain is very stubborn and cannot be cleaned in one go, you can try this method again. Finally, clean up any water marks to avoid contaminating food.

Note: Cut off the power supply when scrubbing, and be sure to protect the mica sheet on the right side of the inner wall.

A little trick to remove odor: Pour some orange juice on a plate and heat it in the microwave on high heat for about half a minute. If there is no orange juice, you can use some orange peel; you can also use lemon water or water with vinegar to wipe the inner wall and then heat it.

When there is too much oil and dirt on the inner wall of the microwave oven, you can find a wide-mouthed plate specially designed for microwave ovens, squeeze the detergent directly onto the plate, put it in the microwave and heat it on high heat for one minute to allow the detergent to evaporate. Then put the bowl filled with water into the microwave and heat it on high heat for about three minutes to evaporate the water. Take out the bowl of water and use a damp soft cloth to clean the inner wall of the microwave. If the oil stains are very stubborn and cannot be cleaned in one go, you can use this method repeatedly until the inner wall is completely clean.

1. Please cut off the power before cleaning the microwave oven!

2. Please pay attention to protect the mica sheet on the right side of the inner wall when wiping!

3. When wiping for the last time, be sure to wipe the inner wall clean with clean water and cloth to avoid detergent residue from contaminating food.

After wiping, there are some small methods to quickly remove the remaining odor:

1. Add a little orange peel and heat for about 15 seconds.

2. Dip the inner wall with lemon water or vinegar water, or you can heat the lemon water and vinegar water in the microwave.

3. Add coffee grounds or tea leaves.

So when we clean the microwave oven, we must first cut off the power supply, otherwise there is a high possibility of electric shock. If your microwave oven has not been cleaned for a long time, you can put some orange peels in it. This will automatically clean your microwave oven after heating for about ten seconds, so that there will be no odor in your microwave oven. It must also be wiped with a cloth.
