Getting up early to exercise is very harmful to the body. Choose a place away from densely wooded areas, try to go to an open area that is sheltered from the wind and facing the sun, and the exercise time is about 40 minutes.

In fact, the best time to exercise is between 2 and 4 p.m., when the human body's athletic ability reaches its peak. Moreover, this is the best time to exercise as the sun is abundant, the temperature is suitable, and the wind is light. It is best to exercise one hour after lunch, otherwise it will affect the gastrointestinal digestive function.

For those who want to lose weight, it is best to exercise at night. Exercising at night can help food digest faster and prevent fat from accumulating in the body. However, no matter how high or low the intensity of the exercise is, it will put the nervous system in an excited state, so it is best to wait for 1 hour before going to bed after exercise.

When doing physical exercise, staying hydrated is crucial. The normal functioning of everyone's body cannot be separated from the supplement of water, and water is even more indispensable for physical exercise. However, here we remind everyone not to drink water immediately after exercise, because this can easily cause a burden on cardiopulmonary function. You can drink some light salt water or honey water appropriately, which can help us recover our strength quickly.
