The hook can easily damage, injure, or loosen the abutment teeth on both sides of the missing tooth, causing inflammation of the abutment teeth and increasing looseness until they fall off. 3. Magnetic retainer. Magnetic materials are installed in residual roots, residual crowns and other tooth roots and in the base of dentures using magnetic force to achieve retention and repair effects.
