What causes chest pain?

The thorax is a part of the human body that is the second largest body cavity below the neck. Generally speaking, female friends all hope that their breasts can be plump and charming. And male friends also hope that their girlfriends have beautiful breasts, so girls come up with many ways to enlarge their breasts. But sometimes some women may experience stabbing pain in their breasts. Does this stabbing pain in the breasts indicate any disease? How to relieve it?

Chest pain during puberty:

The earliest breast pain in girls usually occurs between the ages of 9 and 13. At this time, girls' breasts begin to develop, with the nipples first bulging and a slight swelling and pain. After menarche, it will disappear on its own as the breasts mature during puberty.

Chest pain after sex:

This is related to the physiological changes of the breasts during sexual intercourse. People with low libido or disharmonious sex life cannot achieve sexual satisfaction, so the congestion and swelling of the breasts are not easy to subside, or they subside incompletely. Continuous congestion can cause stinging pain in the chest.

Premenstrual chest pain:

Many women experience breast fullness, hardness, and tenderness during menstruation. In severe cases, the breasts may become swollen and painful even with the slightest vibration or collision, and the original granules or nodules may become more obvious. This is caused by increased estrogen levels in the body before menstruation, breast hyperplasia, and edema of the breast interstitial tissue. After the menstrual period, the above changes disappear.

Breast pain during pregnancy:

Some women experience chest pain around 40 days of pregnancy due to changes in estrogen levels in the body, which causes breast hyperplasia and breast enlargement. In severe cases, the pain may last throughout the pregnancy and does not require treatment.

Postpartum chest pain:

Breast swelling, lumps and pain often occur 3 to 7 days after delivery. This is mainly caused by breast lymph retention, venous congestion, interstitial edema and obstruction of mammary ducts. Prevention and treatment methods: Mothers should breastfeed as soon as possible; if there are nodules, apply hot compresses and massage the nodules before breastfeeding; you can also use a breast pump to draw out milk to promote patency of the mammary ducts.

Chest pain after abortion:

After an abortion, some women complain of chest pain and a palpable lumps. This is due to the sudden interruption of pregnancy; the hormone levels in the body drop sharply, causing the newly developed mammary glands to suddenly stop growing, resulting in breast lumps and breast pain.

There are many reasons for chest pain, so how can we relieve it? First of all, you need to change your eating habits and eat more grains and other foods that are rich in dietary fiber. Another thing is to massage regularly, so that the body fluids can return to the lymphatic tissue. A firm bra can also relieve the pain and effectively prevent breast sagging.
