Can I still do liposuction if I have cervical hypertrophy?

Can I still do liposuction if I have cervical hypertrophy?

I believe that most female friends are familiar with cervical erosion, but not many know about cervical hypertrophy. Experts are also asked by patients what cervical hypertrophy is. Cervical hypertrophy is a type of cervicitis. It is common in women of childbearing age and is divided into two types: acute and chronic, with the chronic type being more common. Lip surgery is a relatively common treatment method. So, can Lip surgery be used to treat cervical hypertrophy?

Simple cervical hypertrophy generally does not require treatment. If it is accompanied by cervical erosion, treatment of cervical erosion is necessary. Lip Knife is a physical therapy with very good treatment effects, usually only once. The surface of the hypertrophic cervix may also experience squamous epithelial shedding and columnar epithelial hyperplasia to form erosion due to injury or inflammatory stimulation. When the inflammation is treated, the local congestion and edema of the cervix subsides, and the surface of the cervix is re-covered with squamous epithelium and returns to a smooth state. However, the hyperplastic connective tissue does not subside and still exists, so the cervix still maintains its hypertrophic appearance and sometimes even increases by 1-2 times or more. Once cervical hypertrophy is discovered, it should be treated early. In the past, surgical treatment was used to treat cervical polyps, which caused great pain to the patients. In addition, if the polyps are large and the pedicles are very thick, or if the women suffer from hypertension, heart disease or blood diseases, they are not suitable for surgical treatment.

Postoperative precautions: 1) Antibiotics are given after surgery to prevent infection.

2) Follow-up visits between one week and 4 to 6 weeks after surgery to check the healing of the cervical wound

3) No sexual intercourse or bathing within 6 weeks after surgery

4) Observe vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge 3 days after surgery is normal and does not require treatment or worry.

5) 7 to 14 days after surgery is the scab-shedding bleeding period. The amount of bleeding will be heavier. You can choose to take oral medication under the guidance of a doctor. If there is only a small amount of vaginal bleeding, no treatment is required. It will stop on its own in 4 to 6 days. If there is a lot of bleeding, it should be treated under the guidance of a doctor.

6) It is advisable to flush the vagina once a week to avoid bacterial imbalance and bacterial infection.

7). For those who are malnourished, weak or suffer from chronic diseases (such as diabetes), pay close attention to whether there are fungal infections in other parts of the body and actively control the primary disease to improve the body's resistance.

This can be complicated by Trichomonas vaginalis, so you should check for Trichomonas vaginalis infection and if you have it, you should treat it together.

Patients must change their underwear frequently, and the underwear should be loose and breathable, preferably made of pure cotton. Do not wear nylon or chemical fiber, as they are not good. The patient's underwear should be washed in a special basin and then boiled in hot water to disinfect it. Sexual intercourse should be avoided. It is best for both husband and wife to receive treatment together. If you suffer from athlete's foot, you should also actively seek treatment.
