7. Camel pose

Meridians and Organs Affected: Bladder Meridian, Kidney Meridian and Stomach Meridian.

8. Dragon Style

9. Deer Pose

Any inner groin sensation indicates that the liver and kidney meridians are benefiting. If the thigh is stretched, the stomach meridian and spleen meridian are activated.

10. Suspended
