If it is acceptable (including children or near-term use), it can be appropriately increased, but it should be fully tried before prescription. (2) Wearing contact lenses in one eye. (3) Patients with good near vision, correctable far vision, or basically normal retinal vision (laser interference vision) can generally undergo cataract surgery or lens surgery. (4) Prevent and treat amblyopia, eye fatigue and other complications. Strabismus can be corrected surgically. 3. If monocular myopia is not axial but caused by corneal or lens abnormalities, contact lenses can be used. Five key points to prevent myopia Myopia prevention is a long-term project. By establishing children's refractive development files, taking visual environment intervention measures for myopia, and using medical intervention measures for myopia such as drugs, optics, and nutrition, we can build a myopia prevention and control system and achieve the goal of preventing and controlling myopia. To this end, prevention of myopia should start from the following five aspects. 1. Reduce the time of close work, such as telling children to play less computer games, and to let their eyes rest for ten minutes after reading or doing homework for 45 minutes. 2. The posture for reading and doing homework should be correct. Don't read while lying down or on the bed, and don't read in a dim environment. The height of desks and chairs should meet ergonomic requirements. 3. When you have blurred vision, you should go to the hospital in time for treatment. Timely detection is the prerequisite for treating and controlling myopia. Children should go to the hospital for a checkup every three to six months to see if their myopia has worsened. 4. If a child suffers from myopia and has blurred vision (such as difficulty seeing the words on the blackboard or slides), it is recommended to give him correction (wearing frame glasses, RGP, or orthokeratology lenses) and provide drug support treatment. 5.
