Practitioners do not need to take a shower before practicing in the early morning. The practitioner can decide when to take a shower based on his or her convenience. If you want to take a hot shower after practicing, you should do so after 15 minutes. Bathing can increase the body's feeling of cleanliness and relaxation, which can make certain exercises more effective, so many people choose to bathe before practicing.

It should be noted that not everyone can practice yoga. It is not suitable to do difficult movements within six months after surgery and during the menstrual period. Pregnant women can practice yoga, but they can only do simple movements. The same applies to patients with hypertension. It is best to do yoga barefoot, which is more comfortable, and wear loose clothes as much as possible.
