For the elderly, coronary heart disease is a very common disease, and it is one of the more serious diseases. Once you suffer from this disease, an attack may be life-threatening, and the patient will experience shock or cardiac arrest. There are many drugs for treating coronary heart disease, the most common of which is pansantin. Of course, Pansantin has many other effects and functions. What are they specifically? Dipyridamole, also known as dipyridamole, has anti-thrombotic effects and can inhibit the first-phase and second-phase aggregation of platelets. High concentrations can inhibit the release reaction of platelets. It is a coronary artery dilator that can enhance coronary blood flow and has an anti-anginal effect. Long-term use of dipyridamole is beneficial for coronary heart disease, and continuous use of large doses of dipyridamole is effective for angina pectoris. Dipansan can be used to prevent thrombosis after artificial heart valve or artificial blood vessel transplantation, secondary prevention after myocardial infarction, peripheral vascular disease, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, kidney disease (type I membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis), etc. In addition, it can also be used to improve microcirculation and enhance the anticoagulant effect of heparin and oral anticoagulants. It has a certain preventive effect on thrombosis and disseminated intravascular coagulation. In recent years, experiments have confirmed that pansantin can inhibit the proliferation of viruses and is used to treat viral upper respiratory tract infections and rotavirus enteritis. Clinical practice has shown that long-term use of dipyridamole and aspirin can indeed reduce the reinfarction rate and mortality rate of patients after myocardial infarction. For patients with no Q-wave myocardial infarction who have not taken digitalis, heart function grade I and single myocardial infarction, the early use of dipyridamole and aspirin at the same time has a good effect. For ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the combination of dipyridamole and aspirin can reduce the incidence of non-fatal and fatal stroke and improve the survival rate. However, in China, small doses are recommended for combined use. The general dosage is: 25-50 mg of dipyridamole, 3 times a day, and 50-150 mg of aspirin, once a day. However, although the drug pansantin has many functions and effects, it also has many side effects on the human body. For example, after taking pansantin, many people will experience symptoms of headache and dizziness, but the symptoms will be relieved after reducing the dosage or stopping taking it. For some people with low blood pressure, drugs such as pansantin should not be taken, otherwise it will be dangerous. |
