What should I do if I have been catching a cold recently?

1. Drink chicken soup

4. Eat less salt

Therefore, controlling daily salt intake to less than 5 grams is very beneficial for preventing and treating colds.

5. Take honey

6. Take yeast

Professor Dasgupta of the University of California, USA, discovered in an experiment that the yeast used to make bread contains an ingredient that can prevent the cold virus from multiplying and spreading in human cells. It can treat the common cold but is ineffective against influenza.
