What to do if my legs are sore and I can’t sleep

Leg pain is a common symptom, so you must pay attention to it, especially get more rest and avoid overwork. In your daily life, you should also develop a good work and rest routine and regularly participate in some appropriate physical exercises to achieve the purpose of strengthening your body. You should also pay attention to relevant dietary conditioning. So what should you do if you can't sleep because of sore legs? Let’s find out.

Pay attention to dietary nutrition, eat small meals frequently, and eat as much as possible. The principles are heavy quality, high protein, rich nutrition, less greasy, and easy digestion and absorption. Supplement protein with lean meat, fish and eggs, maintain 100 grams of protein intake per day, eat more vegetables and fruits, and supplement vitamins. You should also eat more foods rich in lecithin, such as sesame, peanuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, kelp, seaweed and other foods.

Avoid eating greasy, fried, spicy and other foods that are difficult to digest and highly irritating to prevent indigestion or constipation from causing premature labor. When eating, it is best to separate solid and liquid foods in the diet, that is, drink water or soup after some time after the main meal. You can take vitamin B1 and B6 appropriately, three times a day, 10 mg each time, for 7 to 10 days to help increase appetite and reduce discomfort. Can't eat on an empty stomach. When you are on an empty stomach, you often feel bad, nauseous, and prone to vomiting, so you should always have some dry snacks on hand. Vomiting can easily cause loss of fluid in the body and fatigue, so you need to replenish water in time. Take appropriate calcium supplements.

Avoid wearing high heels. Soak your feet before going to bed and raise your feet when sleeping. Be careful not to stand, sit or walk for a long time during the day. Rest while moving so that you won't be too tired. When you sit down, press and rub your legs. If you are at home, you can also use a hot towel to apply hot compress to your sore legs.

When you have sore legs and can't sleep, you must not have any psychological burden. You can do relevant conditioning work, avoid being too tired, have a regular work and rest schedule, develop the habit of going to bed early and going to bed early. At the same time, you must also adjust your mood, do not have any psychological burden, and pay attention to eating less spicy and stimulating food.
