(1) Acupoint selection: Fengchi, Jianjing, Tianzhu, Dazhui, Kunlun

(2) Positioning:

Fengchi: On the neck, below the occipital bone, at the same level as Fengfu, in the depression between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle.

Jianjing: On the shoulder, in front of the breast, at the midpoint of the line connecting the Dazhui point and the end of the acromion.

Tianzhu: 0.5 inches above the middle of the posterior hairline, 1.3 inches lateral to the depression at the outer edge of the trapezius muscle.

Dazhui: The depression below the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra.

Kunlun: Behind the lateral malleolus, the depression between the tip of the lateral malleolus and the Achilles tendon.

(3) Scraping order: First scrape the Fengchi, Jianjing, Tianzhu and Dazhui points on the shoulders and neck, then scrape the Kunlun point on the feet.

(4) Scraping method: purgative method. Apply appropriate amount of scraping oil on the area where scraping is required. Because the shoulders are rich in muscles, you should use stronger force, from the Fengchi point to the Jianjing point, all the way to the point in one go, without pausing in between. Then scrape the neck from the Tianzhu point to the Dazhui point, and scrape from both sides towards the Dazhui point. Be gentle and do not use too much force. You can use the edge of the scraper to scrape until sha appears. Finally, scrape the Kunlun point on the outside of the foot, scrape it hard, 30 times, until sha appears.

Sanyinjiao: 3 inches directly above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior edge of the tibia.

(3) The scraping order is to first scrape the Fengchi, Jianjing, Tianzhu and Dazhui of the shoulders and neck, then scrape the Geshu of the back, and finally scrape the Xuehai, Kunlun and Sanyinjiao of the lower limbs.

(4) Scraping method and purgative method. Apply appropriate amount of scraping oil on the area where scraping is required.
