What to do if dandruff can’t be washed off

I believe that many people have discovered why we have so much dandruff on our heads. We have used the best anti-dandruff shampoo and washed our hair frequently, but why is there still so much dandruff and the dandruff cannot be washed off? In fact, it is difficult to completely eradicate the problem of dandruff by just washing your hair. I would like to share with you some of my little tricks for dealing with dandruff that cannot be washed off.

1 You can try sulfur soap, which is used for seborrheic dermatitis. My condition was similar to yours before. After using it, I no longer have dandruff and my hair is no longer oily. When using, wet your hair with clean water, especially the scalp, and then apply sulfur soap, just like shampoo. Then massage your scalp. Remember not to rinse immediately; you can continue massaging for 3-5 minutes. Then wash it off. The downside is that my hair feels a little rough after washing, but it will be fine once it dries.

2. You can use white vinegar or rice vinegar and white flour and stir them in a bottle. Do not let it become a paste. It is recommended to use a 2.5L cola bottle and then put a little olive oil in it. Use it the same way as shampoo, but leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. The scalp will feel a slight pain during the process. The downside is that the hair has a slightly sour smell after washing. But it is good for hair and scalp

3. Avoid eating fried, greasy, spicy, alcoholic and caffeinated foods, as they will stimulate and increase the formation of oily scalp and scalp, so you should quit eating them.

4. Avoid eating overly sweet foods. Because hair is alkaline and desserts are acidic, they will affect the acid-base balance in the body and accelerate the production of scalp.

5. Do not pour shampoo directly on your head. Because unfoamed shampoo can irritate the scalp and cause dandruff or aggravate the appearance of dandruff, it should be poured into the hands and rubbed to form foam before applying to the hair.

6. Wash your hair with warm water. Overheated water will stimulate the oil secretion of the scalp, making the hair oilier; overly cold water will shrink the pores and the dirt in the hair cannot be washed away. Use warm water at about 20℃.

7. Do not comb your hair with your nails. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp, which can not only increase blood circulation but also reduce dandruff.

8. Change your shampoo every seven days. The cleansing effect of shampoo on hair is only temporary. After seven days, the scalp will adapt and the cleansing effect will be lost. It is advisable to buy two shampoos at the same time and use them alternately.

The above-mentioned treatment method for dandruff that cannot be washed off is quite effective. I usually have a lot of dandruff. Through the above method, my dandruff problem has been alleviated a lot. However, each person’s situation is different. You can try the method I mentioned. I hope my method will be of some help to you. I wish you health and happiness.

9. Chemical products such as hairspray can damage hair, irritate the skin, and also aggravate dandruff formation.

10. Combing your hair 100 times in the morning and evening can help improve blood circulation, reduce hair loss and dandruff. From ancient times to the present, people who pay attention to health preservation have attached great importance to combing their hair. There are many records about combing hair in traditional Chinese medicine. From the perspective of modern medicine, combing your hair is not only good for your beauty, but also has significant medical effects and is one of the ways to maintain brain health.

11. You can eat some foods that are high in zinc. Such as: brown rice, oysters, lamb, beef, pork, red rice, chicken, pasta, milk, eggs.
