3. Big

In the lower abdomen, 2 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline.

4. Guanyuan

In the lower abdomen, on the anterior midline, 3 inches below the umbilicus.

1. Daling “Da” means tall and “Ling” means the place where emperors are buried, which means eternal rest, hence the name.

Location: The point is located at the midpoint of the transverse wrist line and the middle of the intersection of the two tendons.

Indications: Insomnia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, headache, fever without sweating, sore throat, wrist pain, hair loss, etc.

2. Taichong: The original acupoints of the Yin meridians are all called "Tai". "Chong" refers to the key point. This point is rich in blood and qi, so it is named Taichong.

Location: Push upward on the dorsum of the foot from the seam between the first and second toes until you reach the depression at the front edge of the joint between the two bones (approximately two horizontal fingers above the seam).

Indications: Insomnia, eye pain, headache, heartache, epilepsy, neurasthenia, irregular menstruation, enuresis, etc.

The three Wangu points are located below the mastoid bone, hence the name Wangu.

Location: Located in the depression one finger width below and behind the convex bone behind the ear.

Indications: Insomnia, headache, pain behind the ear, cheek swelling, facial paralysis, etc.
