Is there any harm to the body from saccharin scrambled eggs

Everyone knows that many foods are incompatible and cannot be eaten together. The most familiar thing is that crabs cannot be eaten with tomatoes. If we unknowingly eat things that shouldn't be eaten together, we will experience physical discomfort. The most serious ones are saccharin and eggs. So what harm does scrambled eggs with saccharin do to the body? Let me tell you today

We all know the principle of food incompatibility in life, but we may not know much about what kind of foods cannot be eaten together. We all know that crabs and persimmons can conflict with each other, but do you know what the consequences of eating saccharin and eggs together are?

The main component of saccharin is sodium saccharin (scientific name sodium saccharin sulfonylbenzamide) (chemical formula C7H4O3NSNa? 2H2O). Sodium saccharin is an aromatic compound, that is, a derivative of benzene. It is a non-nutritive sweetener. If saccharin plus eggs is equal to arsenic, then eggs should not be taken with saccharin - eating them together will cause poisoning and death.

Recommendation: 1. Currently, it is stipulated that the saccharin content in 100g of food should not exceed 15mg, and the World Health Organization recommends an allowable intake of 5mg/day. Excessive intake of saccharin can cause poisoning, but few people die from excessive intake of saccharin! !

2 It is generally believed that saccharin does not participate in metabolism in the body, but excessive intake can cause damage to the nervous system, heart and intestines.

treat

1. Induce vomiting: Children can take 10 ml of ipecac syrup orally, while adults can stimulate the throat or induce vomiting with drugs. Take activated charcoal orally, then wash the stomach with clean water and take laxatives orally to induce defecation.

2. Intravenous infusion to promote excretion. Add 10 ml of 10% calcium gluconate to 50% glucose solution and slowly inject it intravenously. It has an antagonistic effect on convulsions and muscle tremors.

3. Give large doses of vitamin C and B vitamins, intravenously or orally.

4. Treat symptomatically.

After understanding the above, you should not use saccharin to fry eggs. Saccharin as a chemical is not delicious to us. It is rich in heavy metals and is very irritating to our stomach. If you consume saccharin in small amounts for a long time, it will cause chronic poisoning.
