Preservation means using a large number of healthy cells to replace corrupt cells. If you can't sleep all night, new cells cannot be replaced. If one million cells die during the day and only 500,000 cells are replenished at night, your body will be in deficit. Over time, you will become skinny, like a skinny radish. Why are there centenarians in the world? Because they go to bed on time at 9 p.m. every night. Plants absorb the energy of sunlight and grow at night, so the sound of jointing can be heard in the fields in the countryside at night. Humans and plants are both living organisms, and the time period for cell division is roughly the same. If we miss the good time to sleep at night, the new cells will not be able to keep up with the dying cells, and people will age or get sick prematurely. People should go with the flow and follow the sun, that is, wake up when the sun rises and sleep when the sun sets. Humans are as small as dust in front of the sun. Midnight (23:00-1:00), in fact, 23:00 is the beginning of a new day, not 0:00, this is a misunderstanding we make. The liver and gallbladder are the inside and outside of each other and are a family. The gallbladder meridian opens at 23:00. If you don't sleep, your courage will be greatly damaged. Since the eleven internal organs depend on the gallbladder, once the gallbladder is weak, the functions of the internal organs of the whole body will decline, and the metabolic power and immunity will decline one after another. The human body's functions are greatly reduced. The gallbladder supports the central nervous system. At the hour of Hai, the Sanjiao meridian is prosperous, and the Sanjiao connects all meridians. If you fall asleep at the hour of Hai, all your meridians will be nourished. Therefore, the common characteristic of centenarians is that they fall asleep before 21:00 (the hour of Hai). If women want to maintain their beautiful appearance for a long time, they should go to bed early and get up early. You should close the windows when sleeping and cannot turn on the fan or air conditioner. Many people get sick because of this. Because when people are sleeping, the blood circulation is slow and the body temperature drops. The human body will form a layer of yang energy on the surface. This layer of yang energy makes people "immune to ghosts". What does it mean? People with sufficient yang energy do not have nightmares. It is this yang energy that prevails. The situation is different when you turn on the air conditioner or fan. When you open the window, the wind goes through the window and enters the tendons. After turning on the air conditioner, the cold air enters the bones, so the heart feels cold. Where is the heart? The heart is in the brain marrow. The brain is the sea of marrow. If there is cold in the bone marrow, then the heart will definitely be cold. What should we do? Replenish the kidney yang and the middle qi. When the heart is no longer cold, the fever will subside and the cold will go away. Try to go to bed early. Going to bed late will hurt the Shaoyang Qi and you will definitely feel tired and weak the next day. Close the windows and do not turn on the air conditioner or electric fan to protect the Yang Qi. The liver and gallbladder are in the lower part of the body. If there is a problem with the stomach, the person will have trouble sleeping. One is stomach cold. You should keep your hands and feet warm before going to bed, and cover your hands and feet, navel, and the life gate on your back. Sleeping methods vary from person to person. Here are three methods: 1. Simply stretch your legs before going to bed, then sit cross-legged naturally on the bed, place your hands on your legs, breathe naturally, and feel the pores all over your body open and close with your breathing.
