Used for cold pain in joints and for those who prefer warmth and fear cold.

(2) Deer antler chicken: Use a rooster of the current year and 3-6g of deer antler, stewed in a pot without adding oil or salt. Eat the meat and drink the soup, and finish it in two days. It can be eaten once every week or half a month depending on the situation. Do not use in summer or if you have red, swollen and painful joints.

(3) Red bean porridge: 30g red bean, 15g white rice, appropriate amount of white sugar. First boil the red beans until cooked, then add white rice to make porridge and add sugar to remove dampness and heat.

(4) Job's tears porridge: 30g Job's tears, a little starch, sugar, and appropriate amount of osmanthus. First cook the Job's tears, and when the rice is well cooked, add a little starch, then add sugar and osmanthus. Served as breakfast, it can clear away dampness and heat, strengthen the spleen and eliminate numbness.

(5) Fangfeng and Job's tears porridge: 10g of Fangfeng and 30g of Job's tears. Boil it in water and take it once a day for 1 week to clear away heat and relieve numbness.

(6) Boil 25g of Chuanduan and 30g of Duchu together with a pig tail, season and serve.

(7) Boil 15 grams of mistletoe and 1 egg, then drink the mixture.

(8) 6 grams of old mulberry branches are stewed with 500 grams of a female chicken and the soup is consumed.

(9) Millet porridge: 15 millets, 1 pair of pork kidneys, 30 grams of glutinous rice. First, fry the chestnuts until fragrant (with sand), then remove the shells and cook them into porridge with rice and appropriate amount of water. Or you can air-dry the chestnuts, grind them into powder, and cook porridge with 30 grams of chestnut powder, 20 grams of polished rice, and a pair of pig kidneys. Eat 1 small bowl each time, once a day. This prescription has the functions of nourishing the kidney and strengthening the tendons, strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach. It can be used for sciatica and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.

Massage therapy

1. Kneading method. Massage along the waist and back down to the calves to relax the body, unblock the meridians and allow the Qi and blood to flow smoothly.

2. Tap method. Tap the psoas muscles on both sides to change the tension of the psoas muscles.

3. Elastic muscle method. Pluck the psoas muscles to stimulate the muscles and restore the elasticity of the muscle fiber tissue.

4. Push method. Use the base of your palms to push along both sides of the spine from the back to the buttocks to regulate Qi and blood, dredge the meridians, and adjust the waist and back muscles.

5. Pressing and kneading method. Focus on massaging along the affected nerve route to the calf to loosen the muscles, improve blood circulation in the affected area, and restore nerve tissue in the numb area.

6. Turn over and lie on your back, using the kneading method. Pinch the quadriceps to improve muscle elasticity and restore muscle tone.

7. Acupressure. Starting from the waist, press the Shenshu, Huantiao, Chengfu, Yinmen, Fengshi, Weizhong, Yanglingquan, Chengshan, Kunlun and Yongquan points in turn to dredge the meridians and activate the collaterals, improve nerve conduction and promote the recovery of nerve tissue.

8. Reasoning method. Follow the massage along the back of the thigh down to the Achilles tendon to promote blood circulation in the lower limbs and stretch the muscles.

9. Shake method. Lie on your back with your knees and hips flexed, then perform rotational rocking exercises to loosen and clear the lumbar-sacral joints and intervertebral joints and adjust the intrinsic balance of the joints.
